When I found out about this opportunity I wondered about how I could even try to be one of the 50 chosen to be featured by the commonwealth games and that's when I realised one of my recipes was perfect match for the criteria which I made and sent off to the competition. Before long after a few rounds of elimination I was notified that my recipe was going to be one of the 50. 

Back in 2021 I wanted something healthy and delicious for my family to enjoy but was also healthy which lead me to make this smoothie. However, before long an opportunity to use this recipe came up and without much hesitation I decided that my new smoothie was a perfect match and sent it's recipe off to be checked. With legions of hope and inches of confidence I eagerly awaited a response. After much anticipation I finally got a response through an email attached to which was the certificate you can see here.
